just been to the gym for 1.5 hours(had to get back quick so my session was halted) and on the way home i felt like an absolute unit. i felt unstoppable. i actually replayed scenarios of me being a high inhib faggot who let others walk over me in school and college and what i would do if i could go back in time with this newfound aggression, power and confidence. i implore you high inhib/social anxiety cels to use the gym. i wouldnt trade this for anything in the fucking world. why the fuck did i wait until im almost 18 to start this? if i started this earlier at 13/14 my school and college days would have been so much better. i might even have been able to ascend and have a decent social life!

I go to the gym to get out of the house and keep myself fit for day to day activities or dire and drastic times ahead.

The dude is god tier coping. Test levels do increase after an intense workout to support the added stress level but they quickly taper off. Outside of taking hgh/test around your teens, there's no way in hell for your frame to grow past that point.

That means we can improve the growth, with two things, GH and test.

Working out increases test and GH by a scientifically significant amount.
Also whatever increase is good even if a little, as puberty gains = winning.
Also test and GH increase dimorphism which is makes you more masculine and therefore better looking.
Test and GH along with the calories burned will help you reduce bloat and show more facial structure, which makes you look better.
Frame grows at a very small rate at your age but on long-term you will notice tbh

i measured my height consistently and there was even a seam which i scaled it to as well. now im always above the seam, i used to be right below it.

Then you're still growing. It's not uncommon for people to gain a last inch or two from 17-19. If you would've focused on sleepmaxing you would've gained more.

25 are for the late bloomers but yes you clavicles usually grow to around 19-21 for most folks.

It's more common than you think. I know several people who stopped growing for multiple years then suddly gained and inch or two when they were 17-19. My brother is one of them.

Possible but it's pretty rare amongst the total population. The added test level is a negligible amount. As I said; you are better off taking hgh/test if that's your whole goal.

It's no different than those bro science bodybuilders who say you should do leg workouts to increase your hgh/test levels to enhance muscle growth overall.Your body doesn't just release hgh and increase your test levels because it has extra to spare. It's doing it in relation to the extra work load.
