I know it sucks so much, back when I worked out before my back injury I would lose muscle mass so fast when I stopped training it fucking sucks that muscle mass is the first thing to go, the body should use the fat first as a source of energy but it takes the muscle first which is fucking bullshit!

This is also a huge example of how easy girls have it, the only thing they need for a desireable body is just don´t eat like a hippo every day but men has to workout for years to build muscles while eating enough and then still have to workout regularly to maintain the musclemass seriously men can never win girls lives are easier in EVERY possible way and it´s so unfair.

Any ripped guy is taking at least 4-5 illegal drugs.

Gym should be free, going there should be obligatory and goverment should finance building new gyms across the country

Your noobs gains went away because they're noob gains. Actual lean dry tissue doesn't go away for a while. You mostly just lost neuromuscular efficiency along with the tiny amount of muscle mass you accrued. (This is why bulking before the late novice/early intermediate phase is a complete joke and will just make you fat.)

You normally shouldn't lose muscle mass that quickly, you've probably just lost water and glycogen stored in muscles, which legit goes away after 3-4 days without training.

Body weight exerices you can even do at home, so like every day you do a couple of push ups, pull ups etc... But diet is very important

You have the relative strenght and absolute strenght. At first weight exercises help with the first and wieght lifting with the second.
About OP, you lose gains fast but you get your gains back faster than the first time you got them (muscular memory)
At the end of the day is a cope, do it if it helps you coping.

Yes, gymcelling is a good form of cope, and it can help you with your health and overall strenght.
But in fact, you can lose your gains really fast, but that's the thing about it, you are not supposed to stop, you need to keep a routine.

Estimated 1rm of 220 lbs. Pulls have always been hard for me for some reason. It took me months just to get to a single bodyweight pullup lol.

I'm currently doing sets of pull ups with around 240 lbs total (not sure about my bodyweight), still feel weak as fuck, and i'm fast twitch dominant, JFL, genetics of peace. I dipped max around 225 for 8 reps, it was 6 months ago.

Mogs me to the third ring of hell tbh. I wish I hadn't wasted so much time trying to recomp when I was skinnyfat. Would probably be a lot stronger by now than I am currently.
