Asking for my ethnic incel friend who was skinny and normal BP in summer and stopped smoking then balooned in weight and put on 20-30 kg's and has suddenly elevated blood pressure.

Is it so that with weight comes also BP?

yh most of the time when you get heavier, your bp will also go up

Most of the time probably yes, but from my own experience it definitely isn't a rule, the last time I had a medical check up when I had my blood drawn the nurse and doctor were both shocked at low low my blood pressure was.

yeah well I took vitamin pills and was regularly feeling dizzy. The doctor took my blood and said my blood pressure is very low because of the pills I was taking that have like 1000X the amount of stuff you get from food.

what i am saying is that you have to measure your BP regularly to get the real levels because a singular measurement could give results that are in that specific influenced by diet, if you had alcohol the day before or if you drank cofee etc
