I set my browser to not cache cookies which includes signing in, thats means i have to sign into everything after i open up google browser

If you use google to search for anything sensitive you're already doing it wrong. I use it for everyday bullshit like looking up the weather or drawing tutorials. This even makes you less suspicious and "hides" your traffic in big data.
