Yea a dirty car says a lot about the owner.

I remember when I went through severe alcohol addiction several years back, my car was super dirty.

I didn't care about cleaning it as I was hungover and feeling run down most of the time. Zero motivation to do anything.

One time I got into an uber that was dirty as hell. She was a negress in her 40s and she must've been dirt poor and an alcoholic/drug addict.

Dirt poor people don't know that their homes or cars are dirty. They're just used to filth.
