Shelling came from the frontline (just like every week), not from Israel as you might think (or clandestine cells funded from state actors). Even NDF gangsters recognize this. Assad gangs have been doing indiscriminate bombings since 2011, they simply do not care.

HTS (the ones who rule Idlib along with the 'opposition') has topped !S a long time ago from Western Syria. !S has very limited presence in Hama province (some parts of the desert, posing a danger to nearby roads despite locals deeming them 'safe'). IDK who are you referring to.
