It's everywhere in my area and I always wonder who does this shit. It's in every corner, pipe, building wall grate allyway JFL, just why? They're not even good like the ones people like to showcase, they're just random numbers and words sprayed on with the skill of a 12 year old on MS paint.
And the lengths people do for this shit, the weirdest one was a small pipe that went above a bunch of traintracks, so in order for someone to spray there they had to of used the pipe to get there, with a huge ass drop that's around 5 stories, also with the possibly of being grinded down by a train. All that for some shitty gibberish.
