This is mass problem, not local.
And this problem has foundation based on inceldom and hypergamy.

I know what every government can, if government want society with stable families and high birthrate.
1. Prohibit all social networks (facebook, x and other), prohibit all private messengers with “private channels” (telegram, whatsapp and other). Government can create its own messenger without private channels and without extra public possibilities.

2. Prohibit all dating apps and dating services (tinder and other shit).

3. Prohibit sites which has connection about trade nudes based on subscription (onlyfans and other shit).

4. Prohibit selling and buying sex.

5. Prohibit creation, sale, purchase and distribution of pornography.

Today male loneliness is a mass problem. Many of male population are incels.
In the 1990’s incels were around 10% of male population, today minimum half of male population are incels. Its not a joke.

i think russia will not start real nuclear war with west.

because kids of russian elite live in the western civilization (london, new york, dubai).

Polands nice it's very white I'm guessing your from the west too if your white it's a good option. Poland is in nato so your not in that much danger places like Finland are in much more danger, you would have Germany right next to you with the highest defence budget in Europe
