Serious got an unknown call, thought it was the police

Got an unknown number calling me a few hours ago, and I picked up the phone, the guy knew my name and that immediately made my heart pump like nothing before, tbh. I got an awful panic attack, I thought that it was some bad news, or that I am going to get sued, because months ago I was interrogated by the cops regarding that time when they caught me ordering a vape with weed in it. Fortunately it was someone I ordered a shirt from 3 years ago, and he was offering me to buy another one for chairity, but I declined, and hanged up. I am still shaken by this tbh, fuck all unknown callers. This triggered an awful panic attack.

I don't know who's on the other end, and that makes me paranoid. I want to ignore most unknown numbers, but I am also curious at the same time, and I also think that not picking up would have consequences for me. Sometimes I ignore the unknown caller, and then the number calls 3 times in a row, it happened once and that set me into an awful panic attack. I never have worse panic attacks than when I have to deal with unknown callers. This shit shouldn't be allowed, muh let me call you from anywhere in this country, bro! Fucking retarded shit, I want to see familiar numbers, not some random numbers that scare me, jfl.

I never pick up unknown calls. Funnily enough I only have 1 contact saved in my phone, for some reason I prefer remembering what number belongs to what person by memory.
