At that time, 20 Jesus began to reproach the towns where most of his miracles had been performed, because they had not repented. 21 "Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles performed in your midst had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, wearing sackcloth and covering themselves with ashes. 22 Indeed, I tell you: on the day of judgment, Tyre and Sidon will be treated less harshly than you. 23 And you, Capernaum! Will you be exalted to heaven? No! You will be cast down to hell! For if the miracles performed in your midst had been done in Sodom, it would exist to this day! 24 But I tell you: on the day of judgment, Sodom will be treated less harshly than you!"
