No one can be sure, I did a quick search for "man commits suicide" in german between the dates of may 14th 2025 and may 30th 2025 and couldn't find anything other than a man who previous commited suicide on the 8th. Germany is big country of 83 million people so someone's suicide isn't going to make it outside of local news unless there is something unique about it. We don't know actually where this dude lived other than just germany so that's where the search ends.
