Serious Good computer games to play?

I've played games like witcher 3 batman arkham knight shadow of mordor shadow of war and far cry primal, and I'd like games like these - Open world and preferably
not modern time games but rather older times.

Any suggestions?

Morrowind: for exploration/adventure(very thrilling and has the best and most detailed map to explore) plus the RP part of RPG.

Oblivion: for the quests(the best quests out of the three games).

skyrim: for when you don't have either oblivion or morrowind(nothing about it stands out but shouts and shit i guess)

I was really looking forward to it, then i ended up not getting it due to poor reviews and bugs. I liked the attention to detail in it, like how you'd be treated differently depending on the state your clothes were in.

Because it sucks with keyboard and mouse. I play these games for atmosphere anyway. I hate this whole "e-sport" aspect of gaming where you have to figure out complicated combat mechanics.

Both. I'm a casual console gamer, but if you google a bit, you will find most people on most sites say that the port was pretty bad and that playing it with keyboard and mouse sucks. (And if you want to play it with pad on PC, that only works with the xbox controller. Unless you trick the game into thinking that your PS4 controller is an Xbox controller. So ... yeah, not very good.)

I play most of my games on PC, but ONLY with an XBOX controller... Gotta have Native controller support, otherwise I cant play it... Keyboard and mouse ONLY works well with strategy games, and cruising porn sites.. Haha

How is that? I came up using ONLY controllers, starting from the early 80s... Its the ONLY sane way to play all FPS games... If the game doesnt have controller support, it gets uninstalled... Keyboard and mouse is nightmarish for mE

Play paradox games but only oldish ones so you don't give parajews money for shitting out 1 trillion DLCs every year.

do what the above guy said, but just download the dlcs for free. they work with legit copies of the game
i would personally recommend crusader kings ii or europa universalis 3/4 as starting points
paradox games have a bit of a learning curve btw. imo the best way to go about playing them is to cheat using console commands/mods so that you'll learn every mechanic without stress, then proceed to play normally
as far as other games go, break out a ps2 emulator and play steambot chronicles.
