Good atmospheric black metal album recommendations?

What are you favorite bands or albums? Preferably atmospheric, not too heavy.

nah, some black metal isn't really heavy. Some of the stuff out of Burzum is just atmospheric and not heavy at all. This is a great album from a Russian black metal band, some parts are heavy but most of it is pretty light.

I'm surprised that a metal fan hasn't heard of Tool, they're incredibly popular

The fifth song, last winter night, sent shivers down my spine. Its beautiful intro with harmonic ambience sent me into a trance, then woke me up with the guttural scream, continues on with the angst while allowing the song to breath. That's my main complaint about many bands that are too hard, they never let the song breath
