Good luck it's my 16th day off cigarettes too.

Tonight I'd a mental breakdown and the urge to smoke got very strong. Unfortunately it was too late for any shop to remain open

I'll try staying off of it but tbh i think I'll give in. Better to die from lung cancer asap
