fuck.
i got diagnosed this week with BPPV (a vertigo cuz of something in the ears). the doctor said it will go away but i need to do something called vestibular physiotherapy to heal faster & to decreased the odds of it coming back. from what i understood its a 45-50 minutes for a session, and ill need 1 or 2 (depends how the first one go.)
so i made an appointment yesterday and im scheduled for tomorrow. from a quick search about this physiotherapy center the physical therapists are mostly foids, the only men ones seems to be specialists in other physiotherapy area.
the doc did some "vestibular physiotherapy" moves on me to diagnose and it was really close and he held my head during most of it. alot of touching.
im really not comfortable with this. i mean with the doc it was really annoying letting a man touch me, but a foid? it will be extremely awkward for me.
too high inhb lately. i also look really homeless lately, barely paid attention to how i look (why even bother.)
im really nervous. fuck. if it will be a 20S-30S foid most chances she will be disgusted by me and the all session will be even more awkward.
also the session will really trigger the vertigo from what i understood, and im scared to let a foid have that power. how do i even know she paid attention in class? how can i know she didnt sexted chads instead and she doesnt really know what she is doing?
thought about not going but i cant live like that. cant smoke weed (its triple the vertigo and makes me puke), i cant workout. everytime i move my body or head fast im getting vertigo and it feels so fucking bad.
fuck.
