Eat like a god damn motherfucker and do low rep(like 2-6 reps) heavy weight compound movements and slowly progress from that. Once you reach 2/3/4/5 on OHP/Bench/Squats/Deadlift you might wanna cut down weight little bit for MMA perhaps
Also focus on crushing strength. It always comes handy in self defence situations and helps in heavy lifting and is often overlooked.
