Absolutely no one can spot <1" lifts. You're 100% safe with 1" or smaller lifts. It's perfect for 5'11 cels who want to appear 6'0" (6'1" in shoes.)

There was some dude our family knows and he was about my height maybe just a little shorter. Didn't see him for a few years and when I saw him he was way shorter than me. I was thinking wtf!!! Oh this guys was wearing lifts and I would've never even known
