tomorrow i am quitting smoking again after my last attempt lasted 5 days. i dont have to go to work tomorrow so it should be a good day for a fast. i think its what i need to kind of reset my brain.
last time i fasted was a little bit over a year ago so im not going to go too long just 24 or maybe 36 hours.
