1) Wake up at whatever time I wake up naturally as long as it's before work (Sleepmaxxing, unironically a high IQ move for maxxing cognitive function
2) ONLY LOOK AT PHONE FOR VITAL MESSAGES, DO NOT CHECK ANY APPS, NO SOCIAL MEDIA, NO INCELS.IS
3) Workout if I have time
4) Eat a healthy breakfast with meat, vegetables, and RAW ONION for testoesterone boost
5) Work like a motherfucker, be ultra-productive at work and get shit done
6) Work on side hustle, make some fat stacks of cash
7) Do administrative work, shit that needs to be done organizationally (personal administration)
8) Study for my certs, get that shit done
9) Occasional pushups and ab workouts throughout the day (working from home so it's ok)
10) Have big dinner, foodmax
11) Maybe check incels.is before bed and respond to messages.
