Glowniggers are FBI or those who draw unwanted attention to themselves? It's used alot now but never understood what it means.

You can see them when you're driving. I ran a glownigger over back in '99
They are government agents. When we say someone is a glownigger or glowing it means we think they are trying to bait us into saying incriminating shit because they work for a federal agency tasked with rooting out "domestic terrorist" or what ever for their department.
