Get angry. Not sad. That's what keeps me going. I used to live life trying to prove shit to everyone else. That is no way to live. Start proving shit to yourself. Show yourself what you are capable of, what limits you have and break those barriers.

Everything else outside of this is based on superficial existentialism.

Life isn't easy, it's brutal. It's okay to be down, but don't stay down. That's a choice.
