I can't take the suffering anymore, the solution that might work for me is to completely stop obsessing over girls . I don't want to look at them when I see them . I don't want to get hard when they have big ass and/or big boobs.

The more you love someone/something the more you suffer. After I came in USA in 2017 ,I had this desire to live there for the rest of my life and this obsession ruined me. I was never happy again in my home country.People leave in poverty in my home country but they were happier than me because my goal and expectations were too high .
I don't do the same mistakes again . Give me some advices to ignore girls when I see them especially white girls. I want to feel nothing when I see them . Please give me some advices.
