This is why you either send it at the beginning or don't send it at all (though honestly if I wasn't mentally ill I'd do meetups). You won't be as attached to her at the beginning so if she ghosts or otherwise isn't interested in you, it won't hurt as much. And if she does choose to continue talking to her, you won't have to feel anxious about anything. Do this everywhere honestly, fail fast.
