It's hard to explain but I was fat, had horrible teeth and a pedostache until the 10th grade. I got braces, removed the pedostache and lost weight and she told me my 'personality' (here personality is unironically used as looks btw) has improved a lot.
My cousin brothers told me my face and jawline was chiselled etc. I'm still an incel dog and get 0 attention from females irl so who knows
