Ghost Of Tsuhsima is quite woke too. There's some bisexual strong grandma called Masako who Jin forgives for cheating on her husbandNo shit, it’s yet another bland, monotonous, cookie-cutter, soulless, oversaturated, sanitized, risk-averse, been-there-done-that-before, condescending, AAA Snoy cinematic slop game that makes you severely depressed when playing. Just because it wasn’t woke (at least not overtly), it doesn’t make it good.
I can’t wrap my head around how normies enjoy these games every time.
They are so fucking uninspired and repetitive, it makes me feel like I am genuinely pouring my life away when playing them. A good game will make you feel like a child again. These games will never fail to remind me that I’m now an adult. They are so scared of being games, it’s disgusting. The developers behind them legitimately hate gamers, and they are only going to be more overt about it in the sequel, so just you wait.
During the Iki Island part there's some Mongol female scarecrow like character villain while Jin & some other bandit take orders from some dyke looking femoid

It’s because of The Last of Us 2 being released around the same period. Since we had one insanely woke game right around, people overlooked all the subliminal messaging in Ghost of Tsushima, similar to how when games of the same genre cannibalize each other when released too closely together, when there’s one force stronger than the other, regardless of its expanse, the smaller one tends to get overshadowed.
If Masako was male & had cheated on his wife with a femoid "Young enough to be his daughter" Agecucks would have been up in arms.

Idk, I don't remember that much since I finished it a couple months ago, but I do remember he was super antagonistic towards her after the crimes she commited. She even used the "i was forced to" card at the end and Ishikawa was still like "don't trust her, sakai. she is lying to you, she must pay her crimes and die" or some shit like that.
He both blamed himself and herself and yet your character can't choose to outright kill her or aim your bow/sword at her and force her to tell you location of enemy archers and then chose if you want to kill her or not (and she will be forced to leave the island). Shit plot
