I agree with you, but grades are useless if you don't have connections.

But if you already have connections, then you don't need good grades at all, so the point is moot. In fact, if you have connections, you just have to get the pass and the piece of paper for the technicality so HR can process you, because the job is already yours.

My PIQ is a mere 87, courtesy of a brain lesion(Non-Negroid). I was in Special Ed Math for several years. My GWM(General Working Memory) is poor.

General Algebra: B+ (My grade would've been 'A' based on my written assignments and quizzes, but I did not solve the basic fraction problems for the unit exam)
