It's gonna be so nice having the whole place to myself. It's a big house, so I can be as loud as I want. Gonna bring my guitars and finally get to jam out properly. Also has the Tennis Channel, so I'll be able to binge watch that. On top of that, I'm getting paid $300 to LDAR in peace.
