Getting infantilized and being taken as a joke every time you try to stand up for yourself is pure pain.

The only reason one may be infantilized while not being mentally disabled is purely your frame and build.

Mass and size commands respect, even in dumb stuff!

The fact that people try to do stuff for you is humiliating, an example for this would be me working on my car, a simple task at that, trying to change the headlights then my dad barges in and forces the tools out of my hand and brushes me aside telling me that I'll break it. Even if I have done more complex tasks before. Along other things, it's way too frustrating.

One may say it's even brutal.

for me its that im high inhib. and they know that im high inhib and because of that i sometimes try to act like a low inhib normie around them, but i get overwhelmed quickly.

I think that being high inhib and looking like a man is better than being low inhib and looking like a twig. You tend to look like a chiwawa.
