I think that is BS tbh, however, if you do it often, you will get hooked on it. I want to try and cut it down to 2-3 times a week, since I have lowered my tolerance so much.

While it may be addictive the way cocaine or caffeine is, it still gives off dopamine which can be addictive the same way fapping, eating junk food, and gaming can be.
