I applied at walmart a week ago and called to check up on my status and they kept telling me to call back when HR gets back from lunch, each time I called they would come up with an excuse. It really sucks because there are guys there with neck gang tattoos, full arm sleeves, some pedo looking guys and from what I heard they only hire their friends.


Then later today I found out that I couldnt' even get a job at dominos because the manager only hires her friends


How the fuck am I going to make it in the real world when I can't even get a menial job, it's mission impossible

It's a little known fact (hidden from public consciousness) that getting hired when you're attractive is EASY.

Literally if you walk into the interview as a Chad (even if the interviewer is a male) the Chad is going to get the job even if his resume is not up to par.
If you're a Stacy and you have no qualifications, the interviewer (male or female) will still hire you because "you gotta start somewhere, right?."
Most Chads/Stacies get the first job they interview for. You (incel) may have to do 10 job interviews for 1 yes. I've seen it firsthand. I'm not just assuming.

Getting hired when ugly = MUCH HARDER.
Incel will have to:
1. Try harder during interview
2. Have an excellent resume that fulfills all their qualifications
3. Go on more interviews
4. Hear "No" more often, which wears down a person's confidence + willingness to work hard
5. Sometimes you won't even get to the interview stage, they can just hear how low-T and unattractive you are over the phone.
6. Navigate PC corporate culture
7. HR employees are almost exclusively-female. Femoids are the gatekeepers of employment.

Agreed, OP. There are no jobs these days that are 'friendly' for asocial misanthropes like me and others. I cannot deal with answering phones, dealing with customers, excessive amounts of responsibility and having to commute. This leaves me with less than 5% of jobs to go for in this shitty 'people-jobs' post-industrial economy. Anything I could have done has been merged into general administration jobs, or sent to China thanks to cucked globalism. It's fucking over. I just want Basic Income so I can LDAR in peace without having to go to any more appointments. It's over.

I had 13 job interviews of which I failed every single one despite having great school certificates and all that.
Just give up if you are ugly and have no connections. I only got my job out of sheer luck: only because the person they initially wanted turned the offer down.

What you have to do is lie your ass off. Fucking lie, lie, lie. Incels typically do not have the confidence to exaggerate their past accomplishments so just write a resume with what you think is filled with lies that re base don a shred of truth. This is what all normans do, and that is why incels can't get a job. The whole "Oh noes I cant get a job with my college degree" is fucking bullshit. Exaggerate the fuck out of everything you did and you will get a job. Helped an old lady cross the street? You spent some time volunteering in an agency that helps the eldery.

The hardest part for incels is the interview, and the only way you can ace that is experience talking with other people. If you get an interview, that means they think you are qualified for the job. Just don't make a total jackass of yourself and you are in. Problem is that insecure incels will make a jackass of themselves because they are afraid they will be found out. Like I said, these people think you are already qualified if they call you in for an interview. Chill the fuck out and remember what you put on your resume and why, and you will be fine. People get jobs as CEOs and executives by bullshitting all the way. The only way you can fail is if you apply for a technical job that requires you to test your skills during an interview. Dont mention anything that you cannot do or learn within a week or so.
