Germany workforce declining at 400,000 a year without net immigration

There are 400,000 more Germans retiring each year than entering the workforce. The German government stated openly they want to bring in 400,000 young immigrant workers a year to make up that difference. Germany has 84 million people and I estimate the workforce at 42 million.


Imo most of the jobs of today that do actual real work (aka not government non-jobs), are service sector jobs, like janitors. I don't think whites will do those jobs. How would I solve that problem. I would let the free market figure it out, at some wage level whites will do those jobs. If it takes paying people $100 USD an hour, then so be it, the market figures it out. And companies will build that into the price of their products.

Ya my free market solution works, just the ruling class doesn't want that. If there are few workers and lots of retirees.. then wages will rise. If the population is falling then house prices will fall. If some area of the economy like janitors doesn't have enough. Then the wages will rise to whatever level necessary so that the demand for janitors balances the supply, even if janitors are making $100 USD an hour.
