im going to uni this year and ive applied to study a Geography BSc w study abroad year, anyone else here doing/ done a frowned upon degree and should I continue?

Best you can do with that is become a teacher or professor or landscaping or National parks. Its good but you need to apply and get those jobs and need to train in those jobs also.

Research the job listings and see if someone is hiring people with geography degrees. Don't make the same mistake I did. Well I study informatics and let me tell you that compared to other much much easier degrees it is useless.
