Like day one... ah wow! Such a nice new place! It's lovely!

Year 2... meh, still fine. Bit messy.

Year 10 and unless you're taking care of yourself and the place loads it's going to be a state and you might be in a rut.

I guess it doesn't HAVE to be bad but... it seems to risk it more.

Does that make any sense? idk.
