Most of them have little to no social inhibition. They will do anything from pissing on the wall of a building in front of everyone, to bothering random civilians and rambling about nonsense.
And many of them have problems with drugs or are borderline mentally retarded. I had one of these animals try to assault me recently for literally no reason. The phrase “Around blacks never relax” couldn’t be more true.
Here’s an example of blacks you should worry about and blacks that are safe:
Unsafe blacks: Thuggish and or raggedy looking, Old crackhead types, loud threatening bummy looking blacks that never shut up, Raggedy blacks that make too many odd movements like picking unnecessary things off the ground, borderline schizophrenic tier etc.
Safe blacks: Blacks dressed in very causal or professional clothing, blacks that carry themselves quietly and politely, non threatening looking friendly blacks, High inhib blacks.
You’ll know the difference between the two, also the safer blacks tend to look more evolved and less monkey like, they also tend to be lighter or at least brownskin. Remember the the darker the black, the more dangerous.
