Female hypergamy and the majority of their negative traits are hardwired into them. Its their evolutionary purpose. You can't genetically engineer a human female with these traits. Something like this shouldn't even really be called a female, since she would have none of the traditional female traits.

In order to create this, you would have to start by removing some biological restrictions in them, like childbearing or aging, since both of those contribute heavily to female mentality. Then you would need to re-engineer her mind to either not be sentient enough to understand things like "looks" value or superintellegent, to where she understands looks don't matter.

I feel like we have the technology to produce this but there are ethical concerns preventing this. My guess is China would do it first.

Unfortunately, this tech doesn't exist and probably won't exist for about 100 years. We need to rework our ethical codes away from the outdated mess it is today and then we need to prove them to be safe. This is something that will happen way down the line though.

What I could see happening with current tech at that price point is some kind of hybrid design. A lightweight metal/polymer exoskeleton that holds processors, batteries, motors, a mix of kevlar and metallic sponge "muscles" and "ligaments" and internal parts of the bot, a electrified touch sensitive layer to act as nerves for the bot, and lab grown human subcutaneous tissue and skin on top of it all to give realistic feel. Sexual areas like pussy, ass, and possibly breasts could be made with biological tissue to provide as close as possible realistic feeling. Heating would be powered by some kind of fluid with a thermal carrying capacity of blood that would warm the bot. Top this with a female romantic AI powered by a powerful computer either onsite or offsite.

Something like this would easily cost over $50k though, but it would be worth it.
