The ones who are always there for you, aware that you’re going through a rough patch, whether it's mentally, physically, etc. and will do all at their disposal to help you get back up and dust yourself off, have been continually proving themselves to be the most genuine people with the purest of hearts.

And those who’d go out of their way to put you down, humiliate, and gaslight you further (r/inceltear being a solid example) in the hope of coming off as holier than thou or the “good guys” are truly lost for this world with no room for redemption.

This is why I also seriously hate myself when I’m sperging out and being overly aggressive and angry btw. It’s cause I know not only it’s regrettable in the long run due to its self-destructive effects but also that it’s just negative, brings others down in a demoralizing manner and leaves very little to be desired.

It’s just hard not to be when so many facets of your life have been met with nothing but rejection after rejection. I’d been always unfavorable but being abused and bullied has forced me to remain in a perpetual state of infuriation and I fucking hate it; in lieu of striving for the opposite, I chose to fucking rot instead cause people just disappoint.
