There is a gender pay gap. Mainly thanks to DEI…
It’s really bad for male dominated fields, like engineering or tech. Probably the absolute worst for software engineer roles especially FAANG level companies.
FAANG companies try and hire like 50% women for intern programs and the actual roles. But foids are like 10% of CS students, so they get a much easier way into these places, and this makes getting in as a man 10x harder cause the majority of candidates are men and they are going for the last 50% of roles.
They also lower the bar a lot for the technical portion of the interview. So much for women being just as capable as men….
Not just that but women can have an easier time moving up due to bias from both men and women as well as DEI. Women can get fast tracked to making $200k+ in the states meanwhile male CS grads will deal with the absolute bloodbath to even get a $60k role.
That’s why it’s always male grads complaining they are fucking unemployed.
Not just tech it’s the same for everything. Try and applying to any program or role and you will see those “inclusivity” questions.
The only people who should be getting DEI are disabled niggas like autists. But instead these foids will get even more benefits for their tutorial mode.
