i like both gaming and internet surfing been doing it for almost 10 years now no regrets it preserves me somehow i'm not drinking or doing drugs saw a guy that i was in school with , a thug , he was normal now overweight with acne , the alcohol partying and drugs plus on top working really destroys people. I also take supplements on top of doing a bit of sports and that alone puts you above most people i have the impression.
