Sure, perhaps eventually. Although, I think what would come earlier and sooner would be genetic manipulations (per the movie GATTACA). So ideally your parents would be able to select a genome that results in those features before your embyro is created. I think that would be easier than developing more complicated plastic surgery to chisel your flesh and bones after the fact.
Long-term it would be based if we ultimately develop and adopt mind-uploading such that we can transfer our consciousness from flesh entirely into a paradisical virtual world, where we would be able to take on whatever physical form we desire with all the accompanying sensations and sense of presence.
