It is extremely uncomfortable. Having retarded lumps bigger than your thumb which feel extremely sore because of the high-pressure pus built up in them is both disgusting and painful. My back is covered in scars and red lumps from me forcing open enormous pustules that would have taken weeks to go away otherwise, and sitting down on a chair feels like sitting on a sore thumb. Cutting out dairy doesn't even help.
