Well if you didn't ascend and so to speak "make it" before 23-24 I think you are in a bad place. Sure, you can "ascend" even after that point like Grotesque Subhuman aka Todd Thundercock did at like 38 or 39(?) years old, but its not like you'll ever become a normie after that.
