I would reccomend connecting with nature from time to time tho. Not in "touch some grass" normie way. It just can make good impact on mind sometimes. Even if it doesn't, trying won't affect you badly. It helps me sometimes atleast.

Understandable, if something happens outdoors, it's usually something bad. Normies must acknowledge that roaming on the streets and malls like a hobo doesn't lead to getting laid or finding employment. Normies themselves drive everywhere and their outdoor activities are pretty much limited to acting tough at a gas station parking lot.

Nature is a good cope but it is a privilege to live close enough to enjoy it regularly.
