Nowadays it means freedom of obscenities to justify abominations in "art"/film/etc. while it is dead in its original/political context. It was perverted into its opposite like all words with rabulistics.

This. Technically you do have the right to free speech, but free speech dosent mean you won't face consequences for the things you say whether they're correct or not.
Anything that has ever gone against mainstream beliefs throughout civilizations in history have always been censored or met with jail time, hostility, or execution.
Freedom of Approved Speech is all we have left.
