I know women are shallow and care about looks, but I also believe that women are retarded and lean on social proof too much, so it's plausible they would see a tattooed man, form a stereotype of him as a guy who fucks, and thus hold a higher opinion of him.
This is more a strategy for LTNs who have been forced into inceldom by crazy modern standards. Obviously for a class of truecels that are so unattractive, this would only be a cruel joke to try.
