I mean if you work out a lot, I doubt wrist size really matters that much. It'll just look maybe a little weird, if your arms are for example like 15+ inches and your wrists are <7

Now if your shoulders are the problem, then yeah you're quite fucked. You'll look pretty fucking goofy.
 
My wrists are less than 3 inches jfl.

fuck man i wish my depression didnt hit me so hard, i used to gym quite a lot but then last few months i lost motivation and stopped going so what minimal gains i got have reduced gg. Although im trying to get back into it and so far its working good.




minimal gains = still gains

plus, no amount of advice will ever amount to anything. you'll have to try for yourself and see what works with you, and build your own routine. of course, squats, deadlifts, and bench press are musts in order to build muscle otherwise you're wasting your time. Also 1 protein gram per lbs of lean muscle.

As you lift, your wrist bone grows due to increased testosterone, and you'll be able to notice forearms quickly developing on your thin hand. After 5 months of forearm training, mine are starting to look good and make my thin hand look more manly.

Lmao, I have an OK frame (broad shoulders, narrow hips) and people fucking think I am an "active" person when all I do is sit at home and shitpost.
Anyway a frame won't do shit if you don't have the social skills to go with it, or an above average face.

Not really it just means you won't have the biggest arms, I'm 7 inches wrists very small compared to my whole body, but regardless I have 17 inch arms through hard work, your arm will be hard to grow if you have small wrist and torso dominant, at the end of the day it's just hard work and consistency to fix your flaws. Also I train my forearms to make my wrist look bigger

i just do calisthenics every once in a while, and yeah, forearms can look so aesthetic if you have small wrists
