Brutal Found out i have Tinnitus

I just found out hearing this sound 24/7 isn't normal. Usually in the day i don't hear it, because of the ambience noises in my everyday life mask this sound

But i can notice it if i kind of focus on listening to it. It's just brutal at night in my room where there aren't many sounds generated

Thankfully i live in the 21st century, where i can blast music or YT videos to mask this sound to cope

I believe most people have it. It comes from just listening to music too loudly, which most people don't care about heeding the warning of. Any brocels reading this should probably start to lower your music's volume, I promise you that you will get used to it and it will sound as loud as it did before, just without destroying your ears.
