Now I have to watch my diet and can't eat the high salt food I want. Eating was one if not my BEST COPE .

When I get stressed/ panicked my blood pressure will spike to dangeorus levels. I hope I die instead of end up like ST.Bagelcel(He had a stroke that paraylized his left side)

my blood pressure has always been on the higher side tbhtbh
my heart is fine tho, so it's probably anxiety caused by loneliness
social isolation and touch starvation are closely related with blood pressure and heart issues, you can probably easily google it
