Discussion Forum Feels A Lot Less Active.

Despite the fact that it still has roughly the same amount of users online as it did around a few months to a year ago even, it just feels a lot less active.

I remember waking up to 7-10+ notifications at times, but now it seems as if I'm lucky to get even five or so.

Last summer it was extremely active, and I was expecting/hoping the same, but it seems much more paced-out & slower now.

Anyone else noticed this? I mean, I know this type of thread gets made a quite a bit, but still.

It is weird because to me this is the last sane forum I could discuss actual topics that are not censored by a big (((corporation))) and its users are not either bots or normtards that have the most normiest opinions possible.

Idk what it is, but compared to a year ago things just are much less active(or so it seems): There's been a few times where lounge & ID have gone a few solid minutes without someone bumping anything, yet when I first joined every time you refreshed it something new was getting bumped.

It's all been said a thousand times over since the 2010s, so only youngcels will actually be reading stuff for the first time. And there are naturally fewer of them, since they aren't even being born.

And those that are, are filled with hope and cope. So we'll probably get a resurgence here in 5, 10 years when the hope goes away.

To be fair, @BlackCel_from_ZA lives in South Africa & I think he was referencing it from his timezone, and since we don't have many cels from Africa here it makes sense.

People just move on to new copes. Discord spaces are active enough. If u can get like 25-50 active cels in a cord .is becomes less appealing.
