Those lower their standards because their sluttiness can not affect their lives at their homeland, and you are exotic to them another slight boost to your SMV. Wouldn't you eat your favorite food as much as you want if it never created any health problem? Same with tourist foids, they are sluttier with lowered thresholds.

If you are average looking, you can spit game to average tourist foid and lay her. AFAIK this works, but never tested to be sure. Sounds too cope, I know; but this might be true, because there are average guys pulling this off with almost no foreign language levels of language barriers.
