Each single time you hear about "sexual harassment" at work, it means an ugly male declared his interest to a female.

Preventing men to declare their interest in the workplace is just a way to reduce their options even more.

If you lock men up in an office with females all day long, they will want to fuck.

Men should at the very least be completely allowed to show their interest to female coworkers with no consequences.
